EGUMPP Silverlight Installation Instructions

You have been redirected to this page because you do not have Microsoft Silverlight installed.
You must install silverlight before you can start EGUMPP.
You can download silverlight from microsoft, download silverlight.
Attention Safari Web Browser Users!
If you have already installed the Silverlight Plug-in, but the modules do not load, then the Silverlight Plug-in probably needs enabled.

Attention Firefox Web Browser Users!
The newest version of standard Firefox Browser (version 52) no longer supports the Silverlight plugin that is required for the EGUMPP modules. There are two options to continue using the EGUMPP Modules.

Attention Chrome Web Browser Users!
Google Chrome has stopped support for the Silverlight Plugin. Because of this, Google Chrome can no longer be used for EGUMPP. Please see the recommend solutions listed below.

Option 1: Use the Safari web browser. (Recommended)

Option 2: Download and use the Extended Support Release of Firefox.

Attention Microsoft Edge Web Browser Users!
It appears you are using the Microsoft Edge web browser. EGUMPP requires the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in; unfortunately, the Microsoft Edge browser does not support the Silverlight plug-in. Please see the recommend solutions listed below.

Option 1: Use the Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 web browser.

Option 2: Download and use the Extended Support Release of Firefox.

Please follow the steps below to install Microsoft Silverlight.

  1. Verify your system requirements

    Make sure you are running a Silverlight-compatible (Click on the System Requirements tab) browser and that you have uninstalled any previous version of Silverlight. Note: Currently Silverlight is compatible with Internet Explorer, Safari, and the Extended Release Version of FireFox (see any notes above browser compatability).

  2. Download Silverlight

    After downloading Silverlight, run the downloaded Silverlight program to begin the installation.

  3. Install Silverlight

    Click 'Install now' after reviewing the license agreement and privacy statement.

    After installation, you may need to restart your browser. If you are using Safari, you may need to enable the Silverlight Plug-in.

  4. Launch EGUMPP

    Please close this window and launch EGUMPP again.
